The French auction house Artcurial enjoyed its first auction "From Paris to Hong Kong" in Hong Kong on 5 and 6 October 2015. The auction was held in collaboration with the auction house Spink and was organised by Isabelle Bresset, a director of Artcurial, France. It marked the first time that comics – Artcurial’s strength – were auctioned in the city. The sale took place in the midst of the busy fall auction season in Hong Kong, with the art fair Fine Art Asia taking place during the first week.
